Runamuk's corporate
retreats focus on enhancing communication skills. If you have the ability to communicate well with one
another in your company, the possibilities are endless. Our team
building activities, opportunities for creative problem solving,
time to reflect on the day's interactions with one another, and
time to revitalize, reconnect and de-stress provide an
environment
to increase personal awareness, team awareness, and
effectiveness. Our approach to enhanced
communication involves horses, cattle, various ranch-type
activities, and time to de-stress. We work with you to design a
program that fits your company specifically.
Activities involved in corporate retreats
include, but are not limited to, horsemanship lessons, horseback
riding, cattle work and the various aspects that accompany that,
scavenger hunts using a ranch topo map, arena activities,
motivational and/or instructional seminar, hikes, reflective
time in nature, outdoor cookouts, massage, evening music under
the open sky. We can facilitate reflective discussions upon
special request.
Your team will either share lodging
in our guest house or homestead cabin or in a tent camp.
