Runamuk is for those who want a true ranch experience with riding opportunity beyond compare. We are a 5th generation (since 1886) working cattle ranch raising commercial cattle and horses year round on 18,000 acres of private land consisting of pine tree forests, open meadows and sandstone rimrocks. Runamuk sits in a beautiful mountainous area with plenty of riding up Bull Mountain rimrock and through open meadows. You will experience genuine ranch life by riding horses and moving cattle in some of Montana's beautiful country. Although our main focus is riding, we also offer an array of activities off the back of a horse to accommodate each group or family member. We offer great food as seen on The Food Network, horseback riding, atv rides, massage, yoga, hiking, beautiful scenery and a place to relax. During your submersion into our western lifestyle, our staff strives to meet your requests.

We do not require a minimum stay and you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. We book on a first come, first served basis as we take a limited number of guests per week. Guests book for truly unlimited riding and the flexibility to devise their own schedule.
