Ranch Experiences
Relive the life of a cowboy. Experience various aspects
of ranching from feeding the herd to fixing a fence.
Learn to throw a rope from the ground. Fine-tune your riding
skills or, if you are a beginning rider, learn the safety,
skills and confidence to successfully ride. Runamuk's horse
program fosters a bond between horse and rider. Once you
are comfortable with your horse, we can head out on the
trail. (For those with their own horse back home, an equine
sports massage therapist offers lessons.) We have plenty
of riding to satisfy even the most avid of horsemen and
women! Enjoy genuine, warm hospitality in the tradition
of the old west.
For those of you who own your own horse, Runamuk is a
perfect stop for you. At Runamuk, you can hang your hat
and turn your horses out, give them a rest or maybe a tune-up
on our miles of of open space. Stay for a night or a week.
